Data Management: Structured Query Language (SQL), Version 2

This document specifies the application programming interface (API) for Open Group-compliant relational database management systems. It is closely based on the International Standard for the Database Language (SQL), ISO 9075:1992, and encompasses the features known as 'Transitional SQL' in NIST FIPS 127-2. In addition, it defines some extensions to the International Standard based on current implementations.
